Auteuil is a neighbourhood in Laval, Quebec. It is bordered to the northwest by the Mille-Îles River, to the northeast by Saint-François, to the southeast by Duvernay, to the south by Vimont and to the southwest by Sainte-Rose (CP railway line). Located to the north of the city, it is mainly made up of agricultural land, woodlands and residential areas.

Auteuil corresponds approximately to the former territory of the Sainte-Rose-Est parish. When it was created in 1740, the Sainte-Rose-de-Lima parish covered almost the entire northwest of Île Jésus. Its first church was located on the eastern edge of the territory of the former city of Auteuil, on the banks of the Mille Îles River, around Descartes and Debien streets.

In 1961, Sainte-Rose-Est officially took the name of Auteuil, and the same year saw the founding of the parish of Sainte-Béatrice.
